The song is usually attributed Jan Harrington (details unknown). However the words and music of the verses are from a traditional Gospel hymn, "O the Blood of Jesus" , which is definitely in the public domain: it's not know whether Harrington wrote the word and tune of the chorus and added/adapted the verses, or borrowed both from other sources and combined them.
It was first released by Celebration (International) Ltd in 1975.
Hymn-books where it has been published in include Cry Hosanna, Hodder and Stoughton Ltd of Kent, England, 1980.
It is set to an unnamed tune, also attributed to Harrington. This has a Common (4/4) time signature, and two distinctly different themes - presented below as the chorus and verse. G In the key of Y, the first few notes of the melody are of Theme 1 are GA B_ AGE D_ with accompanying chords G / Am7 /Bm7, while Theme 2 starts with B_ AG c B_ AG_ with chords G / C / G.

Lyrics
The lyrics are copyright so cannot be reproduced here. But they are currently available on this website. A rough outline is:All the riches of His grace,
All the fullness of His blessing,
All the sweetness of His love,
He gives to you, He gives to me.
Chorus:
All the riches of His grace, all the fullness of His blessing
All the sweetness of His love, He gives to you, He gives to me.
1. Oh, the blood of Jesus. Oh, the blood of Jesus.
Oh, the blood of Jesus, it washes white as snow.
2. Oh, the word of Jesus. Oh, the word of Jesus.
Oh, the word of Jesus, it cleanses white as snow.
3. Oh, the love of Jesus. Oh, the love of Jesus.
Oh, the love of Jesus, it makes His body whole.
