It is set to an unnamed tune, also by Hewer. This has a 4/4 time signature. In the key of E, the first few notes are EE E E F G G F_.
Although initially released in England, the range of recordings on YouTube shows that it is now sung in many countries, and is used as both a children's action song, and as hymn in regular church services.
No sources of individual sheet music have been located. But it is included in Kevin Mayhew's Catholic Hymns Old and New 2009 (and likely in other editions), and in an organ collection linked below.
