Easter Glory fills the Sky

This is a hymn for Easter.  It has eight verses, with some being particularly suitable for Easter Sunday and others for later in the Easter season.

The words were written by Scottish Roman Catholic priest James Quinn SJ (1919–2010).

With meter 7.4.7.4 D, tunes it has been set to include:
  • LLANFAIR by Robert Williams (1781-1821)
  • FRANCOIS
  • GWALCHMAI by Welch composer Joseph David Jones (1827-1870)
  • EASTER HYMN - found in Lyra Davidica, and adapted by John Arnold (1749)

Hymn-books which it has been published in include:
and they are good sources of sheet music for it.   Alternatively since the text is set to public-domain tunes, it should be possible to find a free-use version of the music you want.

Blazing sunset behind three empty crosses - easter glory fills the sky! Resemblance between this hymn-title-image and the Edmond's cookbook is accidental, but nevertheless, he is Sure to Rise! Edmonds Hymn
