Here Comes Jesus (see him walking on the water)

This is a short folk-style praise chorus about Jesus walking on the water.  It is based on Matthew 14:22-33.

The author and composer are unknown:  The chorus was used in the Jesus and charismatic movements in the 1970s / 80s, and was incorporated in several longer songs:

• One with verses 2-5 written by Cordelia Spitzer and the tune arranged by William J. Floyd - 1971
• Another with three verses written by Sonny Salsbury and published in Sing'n'Celebrate in 1971

Both of these publications acknowledge the tune and words of the chorus as "traditional".
