Spiral bound and with a light cardboard cover and 78 pages long, it was published by Veritas Publications of Dublin in 2000.
It was compiled by Patricia Hegarty and Mary Nugent, designed by Bill Bolger (cover) and Jeanette Dunne (illustrations). The music was set by Playright Music Ltd and other typesetting was done by Colette Dower of Veritas Publications. Printed by Paceprint Ltd, Dublin.

The book contains two Mass settings:
- One by Ronan McDonagh of the Mass in Irish (Aifreann - including Kyrie, Alleluia, Sanctus, Fógra an Chreidimh, Amen, An Phaidir and A Uain Dé - arranged for organ and voice)
- One by Patricia Hegarty of the ICEL-73 English translation of the Mass (Alive-O Mass, including Kyrie, Gospel Acclamation, Sanctus, Memorial Acclamation, Doxology and Great Amen, Lord's Prayer and Agnus Dei - set for piano/organ and voice).
There are also 32 songs, 18 in English and 14 in Irish. In many cases,the Irish is a translation of the English, and both languages are displayed together on the same layout.
