1 In the Holy of Holies, only the priests could go in
.... To the presence of an awesome God

Chorus
In the presence of an awesome God
He is King of Kings and Lord of all
Reverently we stand in awe
of the presence of an awesome God

2 If you're facing tough decisions and you don't know what is right....

In the Holy of Holies only the priests could go in to offer up a sacrifice for the atonement of sin But the people could not enter For a veil hung down as a wall But when Jesus died that veil opened wide To the presence of an awesome God. Chorus In the presence of an awesome God He is King of Kings and Lord of all Reverently we stand in awe of the presence of an awesome God. If you're facing tough decisions And you don't know what is right I know Jesus is the answer to every question of life And HIs ear is ever listening For the moment that you call every need is supplied; You are never denied In the presence of an awesome God.
