Thanks for posting the lyrics. I was looking for it after I found an old recording on a cassette that belonged to my dad. Here's a link to this recording, which is from 1989. It's a group of Australian youths who came and sang it in our church in Egypt.

Unfortunately, the recording contains the first verse only without the chorus, and it's not the best quality. It would be great if anyone knows how the rest of it is sung because it's such a beautiful song.
