One source has attributed it to Barry Moore (1973) and stated that it was published in "Sing and Rejoice", a book published for the Mennonite church by Herald Press, Ontario, Canada in 1979. However this listing of the book does not include it.
If you have any information about the song, please leave a message in the Comments box near the bottom of the page.
It is set to the tune used for Kumbayah.

Lyrics
In your body, Lord, we are one (3x) O Lord, we are one.
For your Church, Lord, intercede; (x3) O Lord, intercede.
Undivided, Lord, we shall stand (3x) O Lord, we shall stand.
To all men, Lord, grant your peace (3x) O Lord, grant your peace.
Give thy spirit, Lord, to us all (3x) O Lord, to us all.
Make our hearts, Lord, great like Thine (3x) O Lord, great like Thine.
In this banquet, Lord, we find strength, (3x) O Lord, we find strength
Draw us nearer, Lord, each to each, (3x) O Lord, each to each.
Fill our hearts, Lord, with your care (3x) O Lord, with your care.
Bless us, Lord, with your Love (3x) O Lord, with your love.
