It was written by English folk-musician and hymn-writer, Mike Anderson (b
1956), and first published in 1998 by Kevin Mayhew Ltd, England.
The original publication had three verses, but Anderson has since added a
fourth (shown below as 3a).

It is set to an unnamed tune, also by Anderson. This has a Common (4/4)
time signature. In the key of Bb, the first few notes are FF GA B_ A_ BB
