The tune, also by Kaiser, is called SPRINGTIME. With irregular meter, it was originally published in the key of F. Later publication was in the key of E♭ and the first few notes in this key are E E F G G A F
It was published in several books, including Sing'n'Celebrate 1975 and The Hymnal for Worship and Celebration, 1986 both published by Word Music, Nashville, USA - and second-hand copies of these are probably the best way to get the original sheet music. (There is currently a copy available here - not sure of its status). Various instrumental arrangements are also available - see the link below.
