Take O Lord This Offering (These Offerings)

This is an offertory hymn, about presenting gifts to God

YouTube shows that it is used in a number of Christian / Catholic churches in Asia. However the original source, author and composer have not been found. The words were included in a secondary school religious education text published in the Philippines in 1997 (ref). More recently a choir arrangement has been released by Tina Benitez (link below).

Over the years, slightly different words have been used in the first line ("this offering" vs "these offerings"), but recently it appears to have standardised as "this offering".
