We Offer You O Lord Divine

This is an energetic offertory hymn, which appears to be popular in the Indian continent, and is also known in places in Asian and Africa.

It was published in 1973 in the words-only hymn book With Joyful Lips (Better Yourself Books, 1973 Bombay). The tune and verses 1-2 are attributed to Melville J. Mendonsa and verse 3 to M. Gonsalves, but no more information about them has been located.
