The editor(s) and book designers were not named in either piano or melody editions in the 1979 reprint - and likely not in the earlier versions either.
The 1979 piano edition was printed in England by The Stanborough Press Ltd of Granthan. Lines. It has ISBN 10: 0713617616. The 1975 melody edition re-print was printed in Great Britain by E T Heron & Co Ltd, Essex and London. It has ISBN 10: 071361368. This edition also includes a descant-recorder part for 34 of the hymns.
As well as hymns, the book includes a section of prayers (of/for St Richard, dedication, thanksgiving, understanding, forgiveness, the Holy Spirit) and blessings.
The piano edition has indexes of tunes (metrical and tune-name alphabetical), and a separate index of first-lines.
